Day - III : Effective Purchasing Negotiations

•    Establishing negotiation targets and objectives
•    How to make power and influence work for-not against-you
•    Different types of bargaining and giving and taking concessions
•    Developing a negotiation plan that is simple, but highly effective

Deni Danasenjaya adalah adalah alumni dari Universitas Indonesia (UI) jurusan perbankan dan Mahardhika ekonomi sekolah, jurusan ilmu manajemen untuk program sarjana, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) jurusan Manajemen Bisnis agro untuk master program.

Untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya, Deni Danasenjaya telah mengikuti banyak program, seperti: Manajemen logistik farmasi, lean manufacturing and value stream mapping, serial of supply chain management course, serial of export-import course, managing supplier prformance, next level purchasing, warehouse management, stock exchange integrated training, export-import management, fixed income dealer, international trade finance, deutsche bank, exim course, retail banking system, banking operational system.

Deni Danasenjaya mendapatkan sertifikasi sebagai Ahli Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah, 2012. Deni Danasenjaya adalah instruktur yang aktif mengajar kelas pelatihan untuk topik-topik seperti Procurement management, Supplier relationship management, procurement negotiation & contracting strategy, procurement & production planning, e-procurement, warehouse management, vehicle and land transportation management, asset management, supply chain management, procurement management, export-import & customs review.

Deni Danasenjaya telah memiliki banyak pengalaman membantu perusahaan diantaranya PT. MetaSistem Solusi, Islamic Relief Indonesia, PT.Citra Transport Logistic, PT. Inter-Pacific Bank Tbk., PT. Bank Niaga Tbk. Telah bekerja dalam bidang logistik dan operasi perbankan sejak tahun 1995. Sejalan dengan itu pengalaman dia telah menjalankan berbagai program pelatihan di SCM, HSE serta strategi pengadaan logistik dan telah menulis beberapa artikel dan tulisan dengan topik di manajemen, biaya tersembunyi dalam distribusi dan transportasi, ISO 14000 dan logistik. Dia menghabiskan beberapa tahun bekerja sebagai Asisten Senior PT. Bank Inter-Pacific Tbk. sedangkan sebelumnya ia bekerja di PT. Bank Niaga Tbk dan Perusahaan Jasa Penyedia Logistik di Jakarta.

Selain aktif sebagai trainer dan konsultan yang berhubungan dengan procurement, logistic, supply chain, beliau juga aktif sebagai:

  • Emergency People’s Network (EPN), London, UK
  • Indonesian Management Association, (AMA), Jakarta.
