Deskripsi Pelatihan


Pelatihan ini memperkenalkan konsep-konsep, metrik-metrik, dan model-model dalam Software Quality Assurance. Pembahasan dalam pelatihan ini mencakup komponen-komponen Sistem SQA baik sebelum, selama dan sesudah Software Development.

Workshop ini menyajikan Framework SQA dan membahas komponen-komponen dalam Framework tersebut contohnya Planning, Review, Testing, Configuration Management, dan lainnya. Juga akan didiskusikan tentang Metrik dan Model Sofware Quality sebagaimana Product dalam Process dan dalam Maintenance.

Pelatihan ini juga mencakup Case Studies dan Pengalaman. Selama pelatihan, para peserta akan mengembangkan pemahaman Software Quality dan Pendekatannya untuk memastikan Software Quality. Dan pelatihan ini selaras dengan QAI (Quality Assurance Institute) USA dan Best Practices terutama dalam sesi Case Study.

Target Peserta:

Pelatihan ini khususnya dirancang untuk mereka memegang atau akan memegang peran sebagai SQA. Secara spesifik pelatihan ini akan memberikan nilai yang berharga bagi:

  1. Para Professional Quality/Testing
  2. Para Manager Quality
  3. Technical Managers dengan bertanggung-jawab dalam Software Development (yaitu Project Managers, Project Leaders, Group Leaders, and Test Leaders, dan sebagainya.)

  • Memahami bagaimana menggunakan data untuk melakukan Continuous Process Improvement
  • Mampu membuat QA Plan yang komprehensif yang pantas bagi lingkungan kerja profesional dari peserta
  • Mampu melakukan Quantitative Assessment efektifitas biasa dari SQA Plan
  • Memahami model CMM dengan kemampuan menilai pada level umum apa sebuah organisasi beroperasi, dan step apa yang perlu dilakukan untuk maju ke level kemampuan selanjutnya
