DESKRIPSI


Setiap industri manufaktur ingin memproduksi produk berkualitas tinggi, tetapi faktanya banyak yang tidak bisa mewujudkannya. Mengapa ini bisa terjadi? Karena tidak semua perusahaan mampu mengembangkan proses yang berkualitas tinggi di setiap tahapan produksi. Sehingga pada akhirnya kesulitan menghasilkan barang jadi yang memiliki kualitas akhir seperti yang diharapkan.

Total Quality Management (TQM) adalah sebuah pendekatan manajemen yang menempatkan kualitas sebagai salah satu strategi bisnis untuk memenangkan persaingan. Dalam pelatihan ini peserta diajak untuk memahami TQM secara menyeluruh dan mengetahui cara menerapkannya.

Peserta juga akan diajakrakan menggunakan aplikasi Improvement Monitoring Tools berbasis Microsoft Access. Catatan, peserta diharapkan membawa laptop yang telah memiliki program Microsoft Access.
